Berlin-based architect and rapper Van Bo Le-Mentzel is the founder of the popular Hartz IV Moebel initiative and website, whose rallying cry is -Build more Buy less - Hartz IV Mobel was born when Le-Mentzel registered for a weekend woodwork class.
