This study was designed to investigate the loop holes involved in the policy making with reference to adaptive reuse of Colonial Buildings on Mall Road, Lahore,Pakistan. The research was conducted in urban areas of Mall Road, Lahore by using qualitative research methodology in which In-depth Interviews were conducted.
