It is 1995. Jacques Chirac, President of France, orders a series of nuclear tests in the Pacific, undeterred by international outrage. Greenwar, a covert hard-line environmental organization, led by ex-Greenpeace activist Sheryl Glister, passes the death sentence on Chirac. Finance is provided by a dying multi-millionaire; logistical support by a cabal of Chirac's political enemies.
