The aim of this study is to find the effectiveness of bilateral and unilateral training in improving functional independence in stroke subjects. Bilateral strength training shown a significant improvement with the 't' values as 2.821 and 2.911 at p<0.01 for the mean difference of functional independence using FIM and MBI Score respectively.
