Ziel ist es, die Untersuchung der elementaren Aspekte der nichtlinearen physikalischen Phänomenologie (NPL) in das Physikprogramm des Instituto Pedagógico de Caracas (IPC) einzuführen, wobei die Technik der Befragung und der Einsatz des Pendels (dynamisches System) für seine Umsetzung genutzt wird.
