The rearrangement of the text, images, and symbols in visual poetry is the major device or technique on which the visual poet depends. This thesis illustrates why the poet uses this nontraditional rearrangement of the text, images, and symbols in his poetry, how he can convey his points of view, and how the reader can get the poet's message. Consequently, the visual poem must be seen in the form which the poet intends it.
