The history of education has grown significantly as a field of knowledge at the beginning of this century. This work is ultimately the result of the author's research, at the end of her undergraduate degree in history, into the texts of republican constitutional charters, with an initial focus on the dynamics of the insertion of private prerogatives into public affairs.
