This work presents the project of end of study of engineer in binomial in a multinational operating in the automotive sector "LEAR corporation". The subject of our project is to: - To detect the anomalies that affect the productivity of the work and the quality of the product. - Search for the causes using quality tools (Ishikawa, Pareto, 5why.etc). - Propose solutions: new quality system (self-checking, daily quality management system). - Control and verify the effectiveness of the systems put in place.

Diese Arbeit stellt das Abschlussprojekt des Ingenieurstudiums in Binomial in einem multinationalen Unternehmen der Automobilbranche "LEAR corporation" dar.
