International mobile Wissenschaftler sind anderen Forschern mit unterschiedlichen Fähigkeiten ausgesetzt und haben wahrscheinlich auch Zugang zu Ressourcen, zu denen sie vorher keinen Zugang hatten. Dies kann ihre Forschungskapazität und ihr intellektuelles Kapital erhöhen. Diese Studie geht davon aus, dass mobile Wissenschaftler in ähnlicher Weise die gleichen Erfahrungen machen können wie Wissenschaftler und nach ihrer Rückkehr in ihr Herkunftsland sowohl im akademischen Umfeld als auch am Arbeitsplatz einen Wissensbeitrag leisten können.

Internationally mobile scientists are exposed to other researchers with different skills and are probably also exposed to resources they haven't had access to before. This can increase their research capacity and increase their intellectual capital. This study postulates that, in a similar way, academics on the move will be able to have the same experiences as scientists and contribute knowledge on their return to their country of origin, both in the academic environment and in the workplace.

Les scientifiques en mobilité internationale sont exposés à d'autres chercheurs ayant des compétences différentes et sont probablement aussi exposés à des ressources auxquelles ils n'avaient pas accès auparavant. Cela peut accroître leur capacité de recherche et leur capital intellectuel. Cette étude postule que, de la même manière, les universitaires en déplacement pourront vivre les mêmes expériences que les scientifiques et apporter des connaissances à leur retour dans leur pays d'origine, à la fois dans l'environnement universitaire et sur le lieu de travail.
