Our Constitution of the Republic of Ecuador recognizes and guarantees the right to work to all citizens of this country. As an advance in labor matters and rights, the current Constitution guarantees a new form of work that has been performed for a long time, such as self-employment or self-employment, i.e. this form of work that is exercised by various people is now fully guaranteed in our Magna Carta.

Als Fortschritt in Sachen Arbeit und Rechte garantiert die aktuelle Verfassung eine neue Form der Arbeit, die seit langem ausgeübt wird, wie die Selbstständigkeit oder die Freiberuflichkeit, d.h. diese Form der Arbeit, die von verschiedenen Personen ausgeübt wird, ist nun in unserer Magna Carta vollständig garantiert.

Notre Constitution de la République de l'Équateur reconnaît et garantit le droit au travail à tous les citoyens de ce pays. En tant qu'avancée en matière de travail et de droits, la Constitution actuelle garantit une nouvelle forme de travail exercée depuis longtemps, comme le travail indépendant ou le travail autonome, c'est-à-dire que cette forme de travail exercée par différentes personnes est désormais pleinement garantie dans notre Magna Carta.
