Ce produit est le résultat d'un séjour de recherche réalisé dans le cadre du XXIIe Programme interinstitutionnel pour le renforcement de la recherche et des études de troisième cycle du Pacifique 2017. Il a été structuré sur la base d'une recherche documentaire et d'une formation aux droits de l'homme à la Commission des droits de l'homme de l'État de Jalisco et dirigé par un professeur chercheur de l'Université de Guadalajara.

Dieses Produkt ist das Ergebnis eines Forschungsaufenthalts im Rahmen des XXII. Interinstitutionellen Programms zur Stärkung der Forschung und der postgradualen Studien im Pazifikraum 2017. Es wurde auf der Grundlage von Dokumentationsrecherchen und Menschenrechtsschulungen bei der staatlichen Menschenrechtskommission von Jalisco strukturiert und von einem Forschungsprofessor der Universität Guadalajara geleitet.

This product is the result of a research stay carried out within the framework of the XXII Inter-institutional Programme for the Strengthening of Research and Postgraduate Studies of the Pacific 2017. It was structured on the basis of documentary research and human rights training at the Jalisco State Human Rights Commission and directed by a research professor from the University of Guadalajara.
