Antioxidant and oxidative profiles differ between the seasons and between the collection times. Winter and spring have higher antioxidants and lower oxidative stress profile than summer. Level of antioxidants is higher and malondialdehyde is lower during night as compared to day time. Thus spring and winter seasons had greater beneficial effects than summer on health and wellbeing of the bovine species in tropical countries.
