Cet article décrit les contextes de formation des structures topicales et focales en portugais classique. Nous étudions le comportement linguistique d'auteurs portugais nés entre le 16e et le 19e siècle. Le résultat de notre enquête définit une grammaire V2 dans la licence de ces constructions. Dieser Beitrag beschreibt die Kontexte der Bildung von Themen- und Fokusstrukturen im klassischen Portugiesisch. Wir untersuchen das sprachliche Verhalten portugiesischer Autoren, die zwischen dem 16. und 19. Das Ergebnis unserer Untersuchung definiert eine V2-Grammatik für die Lizenzierung dieser Konstruktionen. This paper describes the contexts of formation of Topic and Focus structures in Classical Portuguese. We investigate the linguistic behavior of Portuguese authors born between the 16th and 19th centuries. The result of our investigation defines a V2 grammar in the licensing of these constructions. The result also reveals that the realization position of the clitics is strongly correlated with the position occupied by the topicalized syntagm in CP.
