La présente étude vise à identifier les questions motivationnelles concernant la relation entre les professionnels de l'informatique et leur travail, ainsi qu'à évaluer leurs préférences en matière de carrière (ancrages de carrière). Les résultats de ces travaux ont montré que les étudiants et les professionnels de l'informatique sont des individus autonomes qui accordent beaucoup d'importance à leur mode de vie, et qu'ils sont bienveillants et hédonistes. Die vorliegende Studie zielt darauf ab, die motivierenden Fragen hinsichtlich der Beziehung zwischen IT-Fachkräften und ihrer Arbeit zu identifizieren und ihre Karrierepräferenzen (Karriereanker) einzuschätzen. Die Ergebnisse dieser Arbeit zeigten, dass IT-Studierende und -Fachkräfte selbstbestimmte Individuen sind, die großen Wert auf ihren Lebensstil legen, wohlwollend und hedonistisch sind.
