The main contribution of this book was to design a computational and mathematical model that allows measuring the similarity indices between the patient's medical history obtained by the student and the solution proposed by the teacher. The proposed model proved to be efficient in the application of semiologies and in the calculation of indicators. The use of indicators can contribute significantly to the teaching and learning process in medical education, as we present in this book.

Der wichtigste Beitrag dieses Buches war die Entwicklung eines computergestützten mathematischen Modells, mit dem sich die Ähnlichkeitsindizes zwischen der vom Studenten erstellten Anamnese des Patienten und der vom Lehrer vorgeschlagenen Lösung messen lassen. Das vorgeschlagene Modell erwies sich als effizient hinsichtlich der Anwendung der Semiologien und der Berechnung der Indikatoren.
