Sentiment Analysis or opinion mining is an application of natural language processing(NLP) that detects subjective information such as attitude, emotions and feelings in text. Customer's view about a product, company, person, event or service is extracted and categorized using deep neural networks, machine learning and NLP techniques. Different emotions, like happy, sad, disgust, and frustration deciphered from sentiment analysis are classified into labels as positive, neutral and negative.
