For more than two decades I worked as a tax auditor in the public sector, evaluating large corporations and making sure they complied with their tax obligations. From that position, it was easy to analyze from afar the mistakes, omissions, and poorly made decisions of businessmen who did not always know how to act correctly. As the saying goes: it is easy to watch the bulls from the sidelines.
