Le programme d'autosoins conçu a permis d'améliorer les connaissances, la pratique et le niveau de dépendance des patients . Toutes les hypothèses de recherche ont été acceptées et les patients qui ont suivi le programme d'autosoins ont présenté des différences significatives dans les scores moyens de connaissance, de pratique et de Nottingham, ainsi qu'une diminution des complications liées à la maladie et au traitement par hémodialyse par rapport aux patients du groupe de contrôle qui n'ont pas suivi le programme.

The designed self care program was effective on improving patients' knowledge, practice and dependency level. All research hypotheses were accepted whereas patients who received the designed self care program had significant differences in the total knowledge, practice and Nottingham mean scores as well as diminished complications related to disease and hemodialysis treatment than patients in the control group who did not receive the designed program.

Das konzipierte Selbsthilfeprogramm verbesserte das Wissen, die Praxis und das Abhängigkeitsniveau der Patienten . Alle Forschungshypothesen konnten bestätigt werden, wobei die Patienten, die das konzipierte Selbsthilfeprogramm erhielten , signifikante Unterschiede in den Gesamtmittelwerten für Wissen, Praxis und Nottingham sowie geringere Komplikationen im Zusammenhang mit der Krankheit und der Hämodialysebehandlung aufwiesen als die Patienten der Kontrollgruppe, die das konzipierte Programmnicht erhielten .
