The objective is to create new, transparent, synergistic k-Carrageenan/Xanthan gum/Gellan gum (k-C/X/G) hydrogel films with varying weight ratio compositions and investigate how these compositions affect the films' physical characteristics. Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD), and UV were used to examine the films' morphological characteristics and structure.
