An Arduino based kitchen or room temperature management system that uses a DC fan to regulate and maintain ideal temperature conditions is presented in the paper. Using a temperature sensor (NTC 10K Thermistor), the system is intended to automatically monitor the kitchen environment and turn on a cooling mechanism when the temperature rises above a predetermined threshold value.
