Meistens ist die Familie die einzige Stütze bei der Genesung des abhängigen Patienten, was sich auch auf die Pflegeperson auswirkt. Die Übernahme der Pflege eines abhängigen Patienten ist eine Verpflichtung, die schmerzhaft werden kann; unabhängig von der Krankheit wird sie immer als Krisensituation betrachtet, die Stress erzeugt, der sich auf die Pflegeperson auswirkt. Diese Arbeit wurde im Rahmen der Spezialisierung in Rehabilitationspflege durchgeführt. Unser besonderer Dank gilt den Pflegekräften, Familien und Patienten, die ihre Erfahrungen mit uns geteilt haben.

La plupart du temps, la famille est le seul soutien au rétablissement du patient dépendant, ce qui a un impact sur l'aidant. La prise en charge d'un patient dépendant est un engagement qui peut devenir douloureux ; quelle que soit la maladie, elle est toujours considérée comme une situation de crise, générant un stress qui se répercute sur l'aidant. Ce travail a été réalisé dans le cadre de la spécialisation en soins infirmiers de réadaptation. Nous remercions tout particulièrement les soignants, les familles et les patients qui ont partagé leurs expériences avec nous.

Most of the time, the family is the only support for the dependent patient's recovery, which has an impact on the caregiver. Taking on the care of a dependent patient is a commitment that can become painful; whatever the illness, it is always considered a crisis situation, generating stress that has an effect on the caregiver.
