Ein Jahr nach dem Erscheinen des ersten Bandes "Staat, Macht und Gerichtsbarkeit" wird der zweite Band veröffentlicht, der diesmal maßgeblich von Professoren und Akademikern des Postgraduierten-Programms für Rechtswissenschaften am Internationalen Universitätszentrum UNINTER erstellt wurde. Die Texte sind von den Organisatoren sorgfältig ausgewählt und zusammengestellt worden. Sie decken die berüchtigten Themen der PPGD-UNINTER-Forschungslinien ab, nämlich: "Theorie und Geschichte der Gerichtsbarkeit" und "Gerichtsbarkeit und Verfahren in der heutigen Zeit".

Un an après le lancement du premier volume « État, pouvoir et juridiction », le deuxième volume est publié, cette fois-ci produit en grande partie par des professeurs et des universitaires du programme de droit de troisième cycle du Centre universitaire international UNINTER. Les textes ont été soigneusement sélectionnés et rassemblés par les organisateurs. Ils couvrent les thèmes notoires des lignes de recherche du PPGD-UNINTER, à savoir : « Théorie et histoire de la juridiction » et « Juridiction et processus à l'époque contemporaine ».

A year after the launch of the first 'State, Power and Jurisdiction', the second volume is published, this time produced substantially by professors and academics from the Postgraduate Law Programme at the UNINTER International University Centre. The texts have been carefully selected and put together by the organisers. They cover the notorious themes of the PPGD-UNINTER Research Lines, namely: 'Theory and History of Jurisdiction' and 'Jurisdiction and Process in Contemporary Times'.
