This research analyzes comparatively the regulation of the rights and duties related to the practice of journalism in Bolivia in the different constitutional texts, from 1826 to the one enacted in 2009, as a result of the work of a constituent process of which details of the socio-political context in which it was carried out are provided.It also analyzes the influence of the first Bolivian Constitution in its drafting, which was reformed 17 times.

Cette recherche analyse de manière comparative la réglementation des droits et devoirs liés à l'exercice du journalisme en Bolivie dans les différents textes constitutionnels, de 1826 à celui promulgué en 2009, résultat des travaux d'un processus constituant dont on détaille le contexte sociopolitique dans lequel il s'est déroulé.Il analyse également l'influence que la première Constitution bolivienne a eue sur sa rédaction, qui a été réformée à 17 reprises.

Diese Untersuchung analysiert vergleichend die Regelung der Rechte und Pflichten im Zusammenhang mit der Ausübung des Journalismus in Bolivien in den verschiedenen Verfassungstexten von 1826 bis zu der im Jahr 2009 verabschiedeten Verfassung, die das Ergebnis eines verfassungsgebenden Prozesses ist, dessen sozio-politischer Kontext detailliert beschrieben wird, in dem er durchgeführt wurde.Außerdem wird analysiert, welchen Einfluss die erste bolivianische Verfassung auf ihre Ausarbeitung hatte, die 17 Mal reformiert wurde.
