Bone sarcomas of the maxilla and mandible (SOMM) are rare but serious tumors due to their aggressiveness, complex anatomical localization, diagnostic delays and frequent recurrences. A retrospective study conducted at CHU Habib Bourguiba in Sfax between 2008 and 2018 included 14 patients (mean age 39.7 years, majority male).
