The prices of real estate in the city of Chiclayo have had a considerable variation and require an exhaustive study to find the causes that have led to this phenomenon. For such purpose, a housing price index has been elaborated to see this evolution, then the indicators of the economic growth of the Lambayeque Region and its direct influence on the life of the Chiclayo inhabitant as well as on the opportunity cost of its economically active population are analyzed.

Les prix de l'immobilier dans la ville de Chiclayo ont connu une variation considérable et nécessitent une étude exhaustive pour trouver les causes qui ont conduit à ce phénomène. A cette fin, un indice des prix du logement a été élaboré pour observer cette évolution, puis les indicateurs de la croissance économique de la région de Lambayeque et son influence directe sur la vie de l'habitant de Chiclayo ainsi que sur le coût d'opportunité de sa population économiquement active sont analysés.
