Seismic analysis is about understanding how buildings respond to earthquakes. It's part of structural analysis and involves calculating a building's reaction to seismic forces. Equivalent Static Lateral Force Method is used to manage these forces. Using software like STAAD PRO and Excel, we analyzed a structural frame considering seismic forces alongside regular loads. We conducted a study to assess how factors like soil type, seismic zone, and importance factor affect Base shear, helping us understand seismic force impact on buildings.
