The rapid prevalence and resistance of pathogenic bacteria have been evolving and spreading resistance to diverse classes of antibiotics. As a result, it is very difficult to control and treat infectious diseases. Understanding antibiotic resistance, therefore it is essential to identify the strains with respect to genetic exchange. Further studies focused on differentiation patterns using fingerprinting methods will provide better findings. The information gathered from these types of studies may help us manage the evolution of antimicrobial resistance patterns.
