This Study describes a methodological approach based on the use of GIS and multi criteria analysis to identify Tree planting sites in Manchester. A set of criteria were defined to evaluate tree planting sites. After defining the criteria, next step was to selecting suitable indicators and variables to measure the selected criteria for analysis.
