This book is the byproduct of an attempt by the authors to investigate the feasibility of using Switched Reluctance Motors (SRMs) in light Electric Vehicles like auto-rickshaws,scooters etc. Two separate cases are taken up and the machine is fully designed and the performance fully simulated for both.
