This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the11th International Conference on Software Engineering and Formal Methods, SEFM 2013, held in Madrid, Spain, in September 2013. The 11 revised full papers presented together with 6 short papers were carefully selected from 36 submissions. The scope of the conference was on following topics: testing methodologies, tools and frameworks, and industrial experiences.
