Volume 112 contains the full text of the important Tadic opinion and judgment of May 7, 1997 and the sentencing judgment of July 14, 1997 from the International Criminal Tribunal for the Former Yugoslavia. In addition there are five cases from Australia on aboriginal land rights between 1988 and 1995. Volume 8 brings the series up to date to include important recent decisions up to mid-2004.

Among the cases reported in Volume 117 is the ICJ 1998 ruling on preliminary objections in the Lockerbie decision relating to the trial before a Scottish court in the Netherlands, along with additional materials. Six leading cases of the ECJ concerning the implementation of United Nations sanctions are also reported. In addition the United Nations Compensation Commission Egyptian Workers' Claims case, and the Sandline and Papua New Guinea 1998 arbitration under the UNCITRAL rules are reported. It is more than 25 years since the World Bank Convention on the Settlement of Investment Disputes entered into force. These reports present in a single, comprehensive series all decisions of ICSID tribunals which are in the public domain, as well as the decisions of national courts relating to such proceedings.
