This volume comprises a long-awaited study of metallurgy and metal-production in Spain and Portugal from the Chalcolithic to Roman times. It brings together evidence from more than 120 sites, combining archaeological evidence with re-assessments of previous metallurgical research, new analysis and previously unpublished material.
