Rare earth-doped metal oxide nanomaterials were produced via one of the green synthesis routes. The prepared nanocomposites are characterized to determine the structural, morphological, optical, and electrical properties. XRD is employed for the estimation of crystallite size. TEM image shows the particles are found to be in the nano range that are used for the fabrication of the nanoelectronics. SEM images depict porous, voids, and agglomeration.
