The availability of water, government policies for Talegaon area, proximity to the Mumbai Pune express way, at a distance 20 km from proposed International airport and ready market of Pune and Mumbai there is tremendous increase in population and increase in traffic density of various types of vehicles e.g. motorcycles, LMV, heavy vehicles, multi-axle vehicles in and around Talegaon.
