This study is related to quantitative research methodology. The presented problem in this study was solved through collecting data, with the help of using different techniques associated with data collection techniques, description of collected data, analyzing collected data and then finding the solution of the problem after detailed analysis of data. In this study, the university libraries located in Islamabad is a population of the study to collect data regarding library operational issues in medical university libraries in Islamabad.
