The book gives information on the association of oral mucosal lesions in smokers This book highlighted oral mucosal lesions which are related to smoking such as leukoplakia , smokers palate, smokers melanosis, squamous cell carcinoma etc. Future case-control studies or cohort studies for individuals lesions and with larger sample size are necessary to evaluate the risk for oral mucosal lesion resulting from smoking.
