Maxillofacial traumas cause many injuries in cats and dogs. These are tooth fractures, tooth luxations, mandible fractures, maxilla fractures, soft tissue injuries and their combinations. These lesions may be in such a way as to prevent or complicate the patient's physiological functions. For this reason, it is important for veterinarians to be familiar with treatment options that will restore the function of damaged tissue.
