In this book, a 1kW PV array is integrated with grid using bidirectional ac/dc converter which operates in both rectifier and inverter operating modes to maintain bidirectional power flow in grid tied micro grids as per the requirements. A fuzzy based MPPT controller is used to extract the maximum power point of the PV array.
