Dr. Najar is a member of the teaching staff in the Dept. of petroleum reservoir engineering / College of petroleum and mining engineering / the University of Mosul. He received B.Sc. in Geology from the University of Mosul in 1983. He completed his M.Sc. in Geophysics (Paleomagnetic dating of recent sediments) from the Geology department / University of Baghdad in 1989.
