Die VoIP-Technologie hat sich im Laufe der Jahre aufgrund der großen Nutzung der Internet-Kommunikation zwischen den Menschen, ob für geschäftliche Zwecke oder persönliches Interesse. Das vorliegende Projekt zielt auf eine Fallstudie in der Umgebung von Bromangol ab, deren Hauptziel es war, eine kostengünstige Lösung für die Kommunikation im Unternehmen durch die Einführung eines VoIP-Kommunikationssystems vorzuschlagen. Für die zu implementierende Technologie stellt das Projekt die Merkmale des VoIP-Protokolls vor.

La technologie VoIP s'est développée au fil des ans en raison de l'utilisation massive de la communication Internet entre les personnes, que ce soit à des fins professionnelles ou personnelles. Le présent projet vise une étude de cas dans l'environnement de Bromangol, qui avait comme objectif principal, de proposer une solution à faible coût des communications dans l'entreprise, par la mise en oeuvre du système de communication VoIP. Pour la technologie à mettre en oeuvre, le projet présente les caractéristiques du protocole VoIP.

VoIP technology has been growing over the years due to the large use of internet communication between people, whether for business purposes or personal interest. The present project aims a case study in the environment of Bromangol, which had as main objective, to propose a low cost solution of the communications in the company, through the implementation of the VoIP communication system. For the technology to be implemented, the project presents the characteristics of the VoIP protocol.
