Die systematischen Konflikte, die in Westafrika südlich der Sahara trotz der Existenz von Organisationen, die versuchen, die Beziehungen der Staaten der Region nach innen und außen zu artikulieren, auftreten, sind der Eckpfeiler dieser Perspektive zum Verständnis ihrer Natur. Ausgehend von den jüngsten Konflikten, die im Januar 2013 in Mali stattfanden, haben wir versucht, ihre Ursachen aus der Perspektive der Mächte zu ermitteln, die sich im Raum materialisieren und eine ordnende und regulierende Funktion haben: die des Nationalstaats, die der Abstammung und die der islamischen Religion.

The systematic conflicts that occur in sub-Saharan West Africa, despite the existence of organisations that seek to articulate the relations of the region's states internally and externally, are the cornerstone of this perspective on understanding their nature. Starting with the recent conflicts that took place in Mali in January 2013, we sought to identify their causalities from the perspective of the powers that materialise in space and that have an ordering and regulatory function: that of the nation state, that of the lineage and that of the Islamic religion.
