The work aims to examine the effects of ICT risks on the extrinsic satisfaction of employees in SMEs in Cameroon. The survey carried out on a sample of 1017 employees in this environment, reveals that the intensity of use of ICT, although it offers techno-integrative and economic benefits favoring the extrinsic satisfaction of workers in the structures explored, is also a source of risks for the health of users.
