This is a retrospective comparative study of 48 calcaneus fractures treated in the orthopaedic surgery department of the Habib Bourguiba University Hospital in Sfax. We will compare the functional, physical and anatomical results of the surgical and functional treatment of these fractures. The most frequent mechanism was a fall from a height. Complex fractures were treated surgically (84.3%).
