La présente monographie est un développement de l'ouvrage "The Problem of Correlation of Natural Law and Positive Law : From Human Nature to Predator's Pride" (Kursk, 2008). Il s'agit d'une étude du problème de la corrélation entre le droit naturel et le droit positif. Il est noté que la violation de cette corrélation entraîne la perte du lien entre l'État et la culture, la désintégration de l'État et la formation d'un droit prédateur. L'État lui-même est considéré comme une forme naturelle de l'être humain et de la société.

The present monograph is a further development of the work "The Problem of the Relationship between Natural Law and Positive Law: From Human Nature to Predator's Pride" (Kursk, 2008). It is a study of the problem of the correlation between natural law and positive law. It is noted that as a result of violation of this correlation, loss of connection between statehood and culture, the disintegration of the state and the formation of predatory law takes place. The state itself is regarded as a form of human existence natural to human nature and society.

Die vorliegende Monographie ist eine Weiterentwicklung des Werkes "Das Problem der Korrelation von Naturrecht und positivem Recht: Von der menschlichen Natur zum Raubtierstolz" (Kursk, 2008). Es ist eine Studie über das Problem der Korrelation zwischen Naturrecht und positivem Recht.
