This study was motivated by the concern of examining the influence of Integrated Development Innovation and Reflection Cooperative on social development case of Cibitoke Province. For this study, the population is 300 persons of CIRDI, that population is composed of 40 managers, 20 accounts and 240 employees of CIRDI, selected in different departments of CIRDI.
