A quasi-experimental research was conducted on 400 adolescents, 200 from rural and 200 from urban schools. A standardized test was administered to the adolescents to find out their level of Emotional Intelligence. After analyzing the scores 100 adolescents with low scores were selected for a Emotional Intelligence Training.
