Wang Chi is ordered by the supreme head of his monastery to hunt down and "de-claw" (kill) one of his brothers of the Dragon's Path. Unfortunately for Wang, the one he must de-claw has snapped over to perpetual perfection... and insanity. He sets out in obedience, but wonders what he can possibly accomplish against one whom an army could not hope to withstand.
