The present study aims to study the biological activities and phytochemistry constituents of Acanthophora spicifera. It includes the evaluation of the extracts for antibacterial activity, Minimum Inhibitory Concentration, Minimum Bactericidal Concentration, total phenolic contents, antioxidant activity and composition study using GC-MS analysis. Among the extracts, methanol and hexane gave the highest biological activities screened.
