The objective of the research work was to design novel proniosomes containing highly potent drug tretinoin. In this research work, proniosomes have been prepared by all the three known methods which are COACERVATION PHASE SEPARATION METHOD, SLURRY METHOD and third SLOW SPRAY COATING METHOD.
