The main purpose of the study was to examine the impact of organizational climate on the performance of university teachers in Pakistan. The type of the study was survey-descriptive. There are 56 public universities in Pakistan; where as in 20 universities department of education is functioning. 10 universities were randomly selected for sample, representing all the areas of the country.
